See What's Possible!
For over 100 years, Cleveland Sight Center has offered educational, rehabilitative, and preventative programs, as well as a comprehensive array of support services to people of all ages with vision loss. We are one of only five major centers in the United States offering a continuum of services for people with low vision and blindness. Our mission, "to empower people with vision loss", is delivered through many different programs and services, vertically integrated to provide a mind-body approach. Clients of Cleveland Sight Center are given every opportunity to learn, live and explore life fully, no matter what their impairment level. This, in turn, improves quality of life at home, school, the workplace and in the community.
Cleveland Sight Center is the first non-governmental agency in the United States to be awarded accreditation under a new set of standards for Comprehensive Blind and Low Vision Services from CARF, formerly the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
