This training program will help clients build their resume, skills, confidence, and improve their ability to find employment in a call center or customer service position. The training focuses on "Employment in a Call Center", "Telephone Service Skills", and "Quality Customer Service." Graduation from the training program is an excellent resume builder.

How much does the program cost?
This program is a VRP3 Administrative contract – all training and placement services are included as part of the contract.
Who is eligible?
Any RSC client is eligible for the training program. The first step is an evaluation to determine vocational interest and computer skills. Our employers require a range of computer skills from Basic (familiar with Internet & typing) to Intermediate (proficient skills in Microsoft Office, typing 30wpm, proficient in e-mail).

My client does not have transportation to Cleveland. Can they still participate?
Yes, the training program is available online. Contact Tabatha Whiteman for the availability of our Residence Center which has 12 apartments.
How long is the program?
The program is designed to be completed in four weeks with classes beginning monthly.
What kind of jobs are available?
Several employment opportunities are available:
- Cleveland Sight Center has relationships with recruiters from a financial institution as well as a hotel. Each has openings and the capacity to hire.
- InfoCision committed to hire 25 graduates for Work from Home positions. Pay ranges from $8 to $10.50 per hour. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Full-time is preferred. Full-time positions include medical benefits. Persons who can commute to InfoCision have a wider variety of job options.
Graduates of the call center training program begin their employment for at least four weeks at Cleveland Sight Center. This allows Cleveland Sight Center to provide support that enables the successful transition to work.
Employees then transition to working from home or continue working at Cleveland Sight Center. Working from home requires a computer, any necessary assistive technology, high speed Internet, and a land line phone. The client must obtain these resources and we are available for rehab tech services.
Does this guarantee a job at InfoCision?
No. Please refer to the attached press release. InfoCision makes the final hiring decision. Interviews and new hire training takes place at Cleveland Sight Center.
