Everyday at Highbrook Lodge ends with campfire. At each campfire, Campers get a chance to discuss their day, sing camp songs with one another, tell jokes, and enjoy skits. After another season full of campfires, on Wednesday August 24, 2011, Jeremy Shulman was awarded the highest rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America at Highbrook Lodge. The service project portion of the many requirements to attaining the rank of Eagle Scout was completed by Jeremy in 2009 at Highbrook Lodge. His leadership of this project resulted in an open-sided wood shelter to store dry firewood and a secure rock fire circle to safely surround the important nightly campfires of Highbrook Lodge. Cleveland Sight Center Highbrook Lodge presented Jeremy with a Certificate of Accomplishment and both a Highbrook Lodge baseball hat and backpack.
We congratulate and thank Jeremy!
