Our programs and services are designed to empower our clients to move beyond limitations.
Proceeds support Cleveland Sight Center programs and services for individuals who are visually impaired or blind.
PRODUCTS
"EYE-dea" Shop
The “EYE-dea” Shop is full of ideas for people who are visually impaired. These useful products have been chosen to help individuals with vision loss live more safely and accomplish daily tasks with greater ease. The shop is open to the public and one need not be a registered client of Cleveland Sight Center to shop with us. A sampling of products includes:
KITCHEN AIDS: Long-armed oven mitts, large print kitchen timers, liquid level indicators.
HEALTH CARE AIDS: Products to aid those with diabetes in self-care. Large print tactile pill organizers, a talking scale.
TIME PIECES: Watches and clocks in Braille, large print and talking devices.
COMMUNICATIONS TOOLS: Signature guides, large print address books and calendars, bold-lined writing paper, bold, no smear, felt-tip pens.
MAGNIFIERS: Up to five power; lighted, hand-held and stand models.
SOLAR SHIELDS: A variety of ultra-violet filtering lenses in many colors for maximum protection and comfort.
LARGE PRINT: calendars, bingo cards, playing cards, religious and reference texts.
The "EYE-dea" Shop proudly offers its very own Large Print Calendar each year. Discounts on larger calendar orders are available when ordered through the "EYE-dea" Shop store, and are as follows:
- 10% off orders of 10-49 calendars
- 20% off orders of 50-99 calendars
- 25% off orders of 100-499 calendars
- 35% off orders of 500 or more calendars

Notecards
We are pleased to offer a unique selection of notecards created by local artists with all proceeds benefitting Cleveland Sight Center. All interiors are blank so that you may send your own personalized message to family, friends and business associates. For orders of 100 or more cards of the same design, you have the option of choosing a one-line imprint of your name or company name. The imprint will appear on the inside of the card. Several of the artists featured on our 2008 notecards are also with RED DOT Project.

Hector Vega Notecards
Local artist Hector Vega has designed six special note cards - each one depicting a Cleveland area neighborhood. Celebrate the city of Cleveland, and support Cleveland Sight Center at the same time!
