“AMP UP TO SUCCESS”

Pathways II Transition Program

Cleveland Sight Center’s Pathways II AMP up to Success program provides transitional services for career preparation to clients 14 to 22 years old. This grant-funded program’s objective is to assist teens and young adults in identifying employment goals and to prepare them with the skills necessary to successfully achieve their goals. It includes assessment using the Comprehensive Vocational Evaluation System (CVES) to identify skill level, strengths and potential areas for improvement. The client’s Individualized Transition Plan will be the map toward a successful future.
