CALL CENTER TRAINING PROGRAM
Cleveland Sight Center has a training program to help working-age clients prepare for employment in a call center or customer service position. In this comprehensive eight-week program, trainees obtain hands-on work experience. They go through pre-training comprehensive vocational evaluations and are supported by Cleveland Sight Center’s Williams Career Development Center staff who work with them on resume writing, mock interviews, conduct a weekly job club and help graduates with their job search. Upon graduation participants are strong candidates for jobs in the financial, medical, hospitality and many other industries that employ call center and customer service professionals.
