Meet Our Team

Cleveland Sight Center (CSC) was founded in 1906 and is located in University Circle. In 2010, CSC launched a business to provide call center services to Ohio’s government agencies. Excellent service delivery propelled rapid growth. The Call Center now has annual revenue of $2.2 million and a workforce of 60 representatives - nearly all of whom have a work-limiting disability. Over 400,000 calls and 50,000 emails are handled each year with measurably excellent levels of customer service.
