1TouchProject visited Cleveland Sight Center to teach two (free) self defense classes for the blind/visually impaired. 

Home Safe Home: Tools and Tips for Seniors
CSC's friends at Blind & Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh have created a video series called Home Safe Home focusing on tools and tips for seniors. Home Safe Home is an effort to help seniors and individuals with vision impairments stay safe in their homes. The videos are also useful to caregivers, family, friends and volunters to assess the homes of seniors and make improvements to increase safety and decrease risk.

Spellbound 2014 featuring the Empowerment Fund
Cleveland Sight Center's annual gala, Spellbound, raised important dollars for the Empowerment Fund, which was created to financially assist those in need with the purchase of assistive technology products. To learn more about CSC's Empowerment Fund and if you may qualify, contact the Vision Clinic at 216-791-8118.
