1. Low vision exams
Has it been difficult to perform your daily activities? Are you struggling with reading your medication labels? If your vision is impacting your daily life, the Clinic at Cleveland Sight Center is here to support you. During a low vision exam, staff will recommend specific vision rehabilitation services including training, low vision aids and assistive technology to help you live the life you want.

When your vision begins to impact your daily life and your current glasses don’t seem to help enough.
How Do I Make an Appointment?
As part of the continuum of care, your primary eye doctor may refer you to Cleveland Sight Center. This referral process is similar to being referred to physical therapy for a broken leg. Similarly, CSC will provide vision rehabilitation services to help you utilize your remaining vision. You can also make an appointment yourself by calling 216-658-4685 or emailing registration@clevelandsightcenter.org.
2. Lenses and frames
Cleveland Sight Center’s Clinic sells glasses to anyone who needs them in Northeast Ohio! We have a variety of frames for both adults and children and excellent packages with fair pricing. The Clinic accepts most vision plans. You don’t have to be a member or a client, just bring a current eyeglass prescription!
