The Call Center at CSC provides numerous service offerings, including:

- Outbound information and referral
- Inbound technical support helpdesk
- Customer satisfaction and data collection surveys
- Ecommerce support (email inquiry, order management, order fulfillment)
- Switchboard operation
- Mailroom processing and fulfillment
- Printing
- Business intelligence reporting
- Database development and reporting
