The Call Center at CSC provides numerous service offerings, including:

  • Inbound technical support helpdesk
  • Customer satisfaction and data collection surveys
  • Ecommerce support (email inquiry, order management, order fulfillment)
  • Switchboard operation
  • Mailroom processing and fulfillment
  • Printing
  • Business intelligence reporting
  • Database development and reporting

Call center services scale-up based on customer need. CSC utilizes a network of leading information technology, software and telecommunications vendors that assist in meeting project requirements.
