School Age Children (3 - High School Graduation)
Cleveland Sight Center supports school-aged children (3-high school graduation) in a variety of ways, including case management. Case management services provide the child and family with information, resources and support on an individualized basis. Case managers can make recommendations, referrals, attend IEP meetings and collaborate with a child’s school district to ensure the child receives the appropriate services, support and accommodations.
CSC also provides a variety of programs and services that prepare children for transition points in their lives:
- Preschool Summer Day Camp (preschool ages)
- ABCs Summer Day Camp (ages 5 - 8)
- Summer Youth Work Experience (ages 16 - 21)
- Pre-Employment and Transitional Services as an OOD Provider
- Jon Peterson Special Needs (JPSN) Scholarship Provider
- CSC can provide services from a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) and or a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist for students who have applied and been granted this scholarship through the Ohio Department of Education. Please call 216-658-8774 to inquire about our current availability to become your child’s JPSN provider.
