School Age Children (3 - High School Graduation)

Cleveland Sight Center supports school-aged children (3-high school graduation) in a variety of ways, including case management. Case management services provide the child and family with information, resources and support on an individualized basis. Case managers can make recommendations, referrals, attend IEP meetings and collaborate with a child’s school district to ensure the child receives the appropriate services, support and accommodations.

CSC also provides a variety of programs and services that prepare children for transition points in their lives:image of a client walking with their white cane
